I moved to St. George, Utah in 2004, from Southern California, with my beautiful daughter and loving husband of 38 years. My husband had visited St. George, UT, called me and said “you have to come see this place”, hesitant as I was, I visited, I saw, I fell in love. That was all it took. The blue skies! The great people! Zion National Park! Snow Canyon State Park! Sand Hollow Reservoir! We soon realized that St. George, UT was the perfect place for our family. How thankful I am that we made the decision to leave our Southern California roots behind and begin our new chapter.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to work with some of the best people and have made lifelong relationships. In 2004, I began working at SkyWest Airlines HDQ, where the need to pay attention to detail was absolutely critical.
In 2005 I began working in Title and Escrow where I obtained my Escrow License. This 4 year opportunity allowed me to understand the Title and Escrow process as well as form relationships with other Title Companies, Lenders and Real Estate Professionals.
After leaving Title and Escrow, I utilized my experience and worked 4.5 years with a group of Investors, where I assisted with the evaluation, management and liquidation of a $1.1 billion portfolio of real estate assets, mainly in Southern Utah, as well as other locations in the West.
While working with the Investors, I was fortunate enough to meet David Whitehead/Rose Bradley Real Estate. I began working with David in 2013 as his Assistant and Transaction Specialist and obtained my Real Estate License in 2017. During this period, I have worked with closely with Buyers, Sellers, Developers, Contractors, and have expanded my knowledge of new construction, and continued my experience and passion for real estate.
Throughout it all, my experience has validated my belief in communication, attention to detail and having compassion for others in my daily life.
