I am an Associate Broker with Red Rock Real Estate in St. George Utah. I bring over 20 years of real estate experience to help buyers find homes or properties that meet their needs. I also list properties for clients who are moving.
My career in real estate began in 2003 developing the Rio de Sión subdivision in Virgin, Utah. In 2010, I completed the requirements to become a licensed real estate agent and have consistently been in the top 10% of Real Estate Producers in Southern Utah for the past seven years. In 2016 and 2022, I was named Red Rock Real Estate’s Developer of the Year for professional contributions as a founding developer of the award-winning Paradise Village at Zion vacation home community in Santa Clara, Utah and the Zion Gateway RV Resort in LaVerkin, Utah.
My real estate experience and knowledge are augmented by these industry certifications:
· Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)
· Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI)
· Graduate of Hyland Bay New Home Sales Unlimited
I am also a member of the:
· National Association of Realtors (NAR)
· Utah Association of Realtors (UAR)
· Utah Board of Realtors in Washington, Iron, and Wasatch Counties
As a Buyer’s Representative for hundreds of clients, I have always been committed to ensuring that homebuyers find exactly what they are looking for. I have worked with a significant number of first-time homebuyers as well as seasoned buyers who move to Southern Utah from out of state or town. I am exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to short term rentals, real estate trends, pricing, and the home buying market. I’m proud of our team to ensure that communication is prompt and the information conveyed is accurate.
I’m an active participant in my community. While living in Santa Clara, Utah, I served a four-year term as a council member on the Santa Clara City Council from 2012 to 2016. I have also served as the Mosquito Abatement and Control District Chairman during my city council term. Prior to serving on the City Council, I served on the Santa Clara’s Board of Adjustments, and the Economic Development Committee.
I am a Utah native having been born and raised in Salt Lake City. Following high school, I served a proselytizing mission in Auckland, New Zealand for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Upon returning home, I attended the University of Utah studying economics before leaving to follow the entrepreneurial and business path that led me to own and operate several businesses including a snow plowing business, a janitorial company, being a manufacturer’s representative for painting supplies, and a brief stint as a toy manufacturer before purchasing and operating a commercial printing company in Southern California for over 12 years.
My wife Tiffany and I married in Salt Lake City before moving to Southern California where our three children were born and raised. We returned to Utah in 1999 and, after living in Santa Clara for more than two decades, recently moved to Ivins, Utah. We are now grandparents to a growing number of grandchildren.
